Three Dah Membrane: Qingyuan China plans to reduce its shareholding in the company by no more than 3%.

San Da Film announced on January 18th that Qingyuan Limited holds 24.81% of the company's shares and plans to reduce its holdings in the company through centralized bidding and block trading by a total of no more than 9.9604 million shares, which is not more than 3% of the total share capital of the company.
