The delegation from the International Liaison Department visits India.

From January 12th to 14th, Sun Haiyan, Deputy Minister of the International Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, led a delegation to visit India. They respectively met with Indian Foreign Secretary Tang Yongsheng, Secretary General of the Indian People's Party Arun Singh, Director of the Foreign Affairs Department of the Indian National Congress and former Foreign Minister Kharzai. They also had collective exchanges with Indian left-wing leaders such as the General Secretary of the Indian Communist Party Rajah, the General Secretary of the All India Forward Bloc Devalajian, and the Politburo member of the Indian Communist Party Aaron. Discussions and interactions were also held with Indian think tanks, media, social organizations, and youth representatives on the theme of "Establishing Correct Understanding to Promote Sino-Indian Friendship". Chinese Ambassador to India Xu Feihong also participated in the activities.
