Minister of Industry and Information Technology Li Lecheng stated that we will launch the Industrial Data Foundation Action, focusing on key industries in the manufacturing sector, emphasizing the collection, utilization, and use of data, building a number of high-quality industrial data sets, and expanding the scale of data consulting, data annotation, and other operating entities. On the other hand, we must accelerate the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry, promote large-scale enterprises to fully transform digitally, fully integrate into the digital process, and speed up the updating of equipment, the upgrading of technology, and the improvement of quality.
