By 2028, positive results will be achieved in the high-quality development of industrial Internet platforms, with a multi-level platform system of "professional + industry + collaborative" continuously growing, with over 450 platforms having a certain influence; the connectivity of platform resource elements will be greatly enhanced, and the value-added data, model precipitation, and artificial intelligence development and application capabilities of key platforms will be significantly improved, with the number of connected industrial equipment exceeding 120 million units; the penetration rate of platforms will reach over 55%, basically forming a new generation of industrial Internet platform ecosystem characterized by ubiquitous interconnection, digital intelligence integration, deep collaboration, and open source.
