Zhiyuan Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. was established in February 2023, with Deng Taihua as the legal representative and a registered capital of approximately 91.28 million RMB. Its business scope includes research and development of intelligent robots, service and sales of consumer robots, sales of intelligent robots, development of artificial intelligence theories and algorithms, development of artificial intelligence basic software, and public data platforms for artificial intelligence. Shareholder information indicates that the company is jointly owned by Sangpeng Technology Partnership Enterprise, Guanbao Technology Partnership Enterprise, and Guangxi Tencent Venture Capital Co., Ltd.
