Ukrainian power plant attacked, Kyiv implements emergency power outage.

Ukrainian private energy company DTEK reported on the 13th local time that Russia launched an attack on a thermal power plant owned by the company. The attack caused severe damage to the equipment of the thermal power plant. Currently, emergency power outages have been implemented throughout the city of Kyiv. DTEK said that this is the eighth major attack on its thermal power plant since October 2025. There has been no response from the Russian side so far.
