Shanghai Arbitration Commission Securities and Futures Arbitration Rules officially released.

On the occasion of the first anniversary of the establishment of the China Securities and Futures Arbitration Center, the "Shanghai Arbitration Commission Securities and Futures Arbitration Rules" were officially released and will be officially implemented starting from March 1, 2026. The rules specify the scope of application, the list of professional arbitrators, the composition of arbitration panels, arbitration efficiency, diversified dispute resolution mechanisms, consolidation of arbitration, fee standards, etc., with the core goal of building a modern securities and futures arbitration system that is "professional, efficient, flexible, and cost-effective".
