Chongqing Port: Holding subsidiary receives compensation of 2.56 billion yuan for land requisition at Cuntan Port.

Chongqing Port announced that, in order to plan and construct the Cuntan International New City Cruise Port, the Two Rivers New Area Management Committee has implemented the expropriation of assets such as Cuntan Port land owned by its subsidiary Guoji Company, which holds a 65% stake. The compensation amount is 4.872 billion yuan. On December 25, 2025, Guoji Company received a supplementary agreement stipulating a compensation amount of 256 million yuan. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Guoji Company has received a total of 2.82 billion yuan in expropriation compensation. The company will handle the expropriation accounting matters in accordance with regulations, with the audit results being the final determination.
