In departments that have achieved 20 salaries ahead of schedule this year, employees with an annual performance rating of B+ will receive 8 times their monthly salary as a year-end bonus, which is equivalent to 20 salaries for the year, while those with an annual performance rating of A+ will receive a direct bonus of 12 times their monthly salary, equivalent to 24 salaries for the year.
