Colorful Butterfly Industry: The technical transformation and relocation project of producing 62,000 tons of textile fabrics annually has been postponed until March 2026.

Caidie Industry announced that the company held a board meeting on December 24, 2025 and agreed to postpone the "Annual Production of 62,000 Tons of High-End Functional Green and Environmentally Friendly Textile Fabrics Technological Transformation and Relocation Project" to the end of March 2026. The total investment of the project is 583 million yuan, with a fundraising investment of 496 million yuan. As of November 30, 2025, 501 million yuan of the fundraising has been invested, accounting for 100.95% of the committed investment, with the excess being cash management income or interest income. This extension is due to objective factors affecting the renovation of the dyeing and finishing fourth workshop, causing delays in infrastructure which in turn has delayed subsequent processes. The postponement does not change the implementer, purpose, or scale, and will not have a significant adverse impact on the progress of the project and the company's operations.
