MaiTuo Corporation announcement, the thirteenth meeting of the third session of the board of directors of the company passed the resolution on "Proposal on Postponing and Re-evaluating Some of the Raised Funds Investment Projects". It is agreed that, under the condition that the main body, location, use of raised funds, and scale of the investment projects do not change, the construction project of ultrasonic flowmeter production base - Nanjing project will be postponed again to December 31, 2026, and re-evaluated when it is expected to be put into use.
