Huitian Thermal Power announced that from November 29, 2025 to present, the company and its holding subsidiaries have not had any new litigation cases with a single amount exceeding 10% of the latest audited net assets. There have been a total of 15 newly disclosed small litigation cases, with a combined total amount of 19.14 million yuan, accounting for 10.43% of the latest audited net assets.
