Lanshi Heavy Industries announced that the company had previously signed a 60,000 tons/year coal tar hydrogenation project procurement and construction contract with Jiaguoweiyi with an estimated amount of 700 million yuan. Recently, the two parties signed a supplementary agreement, confirming that the total contract price has reached 950 million yuan. The estimated amount is adjusted to 950 million yuan, and the remaining terms will be executed according to the original contract. It is anticipated that the performance of the contract will have a positive impact on the operational performance in 2025 and the following year, subject to the audit report, and will not affect the company's business independence.
