According to the Zhidushi Finance APP, on December 22, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange disclosed that Ruipai Pet Hospital Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Ruipai Pet Hospital) has submitted an application for listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC) as the exclusive sponsor. According to the Zhishishui consulting report, as of June 30, 2025, with a scale of 548 operating pet hospitals, the company has become the second largest pet medical service provider in China. These hospitals include 120 self-built hospitals and 428 acquired hospitals, covering mainland China and Hong Kong, including approximately 70 cities in 28 provinces.
