Superstar Agriculture and Animal Husbandry announced that on December 22, 2025, it received a notification from its controlling shareholder, Superstar Group, that they had pledged 18.5 million shares on December 18, accounting for 12.15% of their holdings and 3.63% of the total share capital, for the purpose of their own production and operation. On December 19, they released the pledge of 18.5 million shares, with the same percentage, and currently have no further pledge plans. As of the date of the announcement, Superstar Group has pledged a total of 97.371 million shares, accounting for 63.94% of its holdings; Superstar Group and its concerted actors have pledged a total of 97.371 million shares, accounting for 63.91% of their holdings. At present, the pledge risk is controllable, and there is no risk of liquidation.
