Smart Finance news app, Tongguan Gold (00340.HK) announced that on December 19, 2025, the company plans to acquire 100% equity of Longxin Construction Development Co., Ltd with a total price of 260 million yuan. The price will be paid by the company issuing a total of 110 million shares of consideration shares at the issue price of 2.6 Hong Kong dollars per share.
