Puke New Materials: Wholly-owned subsidiary establishes joint venture company for external investment with a proposed capital contribution of HKD 100 million.

Platinum New Materials announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, POCO Holding Limited, intends to jointly invest with the wholly-owned subsidiary of Junwei Electronics Technology Co., Ltd., THIN FILM TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION LIMITED, in Hong Kong to establish a joint venture company. The proposed total investment amount of the joint venture company is HK$100 million, with TFTHK subscribing HK$51 million, accounting for a 51% stake in the joint venture company, and Platinum Holdings subscribing HK$49 million, accounting for a 49% stake in the joint venture company.
