The company plans to issue 24.6 million shares globally, with 10% sold in Hong Kong and 90% sold internationally. There is also an additional 15% over-allotment option. The offering price is 7.10-9.16 Hong Kong dollars per share, with 300 shares per lot. It is expected that the shares will start trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 30th, 2025.
