Zotye Automobile: plans to dispose of no more than 3% of its shares within three months to repay historical debts.

Zotye Automobile announced that the company plans to dispose of no more than 3% of the total number of shares of the company, which is no more than 151 million shares, through centralized bidding and block trading within three months starting from December 9, 2025. The shares disposed of through centralized bidding shall not exceed 1% of the total number of company shares, and the shares disposed of through block trading shall not exceed 2% of the total number of company shares. The proceeds from the disposal will be used to repay historical debts. According to relevant regulations, the transferee in block trading shall not reduce its holdings of the acquired shares within six months.
