Ganfeng Lithium announced that the company has sold 29.5355% of the equity of Shenzhen Easier Storage to Wanxin Green Energy for 443 million yuan. After the transaction is completed, Shenzhen Easier Storage will have a registered capital of 6.47 billion yuan, with Wanxin Green Energy holding 44.2361%, Ganfeng Lithium holding 40.0399%, Shijiao holding 10.0003%, Shenzhen JUNENG No.1 Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership holding 0.4669%, and Shenzhen JUNENG No.2 Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership holding 5.2568%. This transaction will help improve the financial strength of Shenzhen Easier Storage, reduce its asset-liability ratio, optimize its equity structure, and promote its sustainable and high-quality development.
