According to the "China Civil Aviation News", recently, the Civil Aviation Administration Air Traffic Control Bureau issued the "2025 Air Traffic Management System Winter Operation Guarantee Work Plan", comprehensively deploying winter air traffic management tasks. In terms of control operations, the "plan" requires all control units to strengthen weather responses, enhance guarantee capabilities; be vigilant about operational risks, strictly guard against runway incursions; optimize organizational management, strengthen special incident handling. In terms of traffic management, the "plan" requires all traffic management departments to accurately assess operational situations, scientifically implement traffic management; focus on winter operation guarantee, eliminate secondary de-icing incidents; deepen internal and external collaborative efforts, enhance system operation synergy. In terms of equipment guarantee, all units should strengthen prevention measures beforehand, prepare for guarantees; strengthen operational monitoring, ensure smooth operation; improve emergency plans, enhance response efficiency.
