The China Securities Investment Services Center nominates independent directors for Nanwang Energy and solicits investors' voting rights.

Recently, the China Securities Small and Medium Investors Service Center Co., Ltd. nominated Zhang Lizit as an independent director candidate to the board of directors of the Southern Power Grid Energy Storage Co., Ltd., and publicly solicited voting rights from all shareholders on the proposal for the appointment of independent directors. This is the third public nomination of independent directors for listed companies promoted by the China Securities Investment Service Center. On the evening of December 5th, South Grid Energy Storage announced that the start and end time for the solicitation of voting rights is from December 8th, 2025 to 6pm on December 19th, 2025. The reasons for the vote show that Zhang Lizit has a background in energy and power, relevant experience as an independent director, no major discreditable records, independence, and meets the requirements for the appointment of independent directors of listed companies.
