Jiangnan Yifan Announcement: Shareholder Liu Jincheng plans to reduce his holdings by transferring 1.96 million shares, accounting for 2.51% of the total share capital of the company and 2.52% after excluding the shares held in the company's repurchase account. This transfer will be conducted through a private transfer and will not be traded through centralized auction. The transferee is not allowed to transfer the shares within 6 months after the transfer.
