China Power (02380.HK) and its affiliated Tianmen Clean Energy and Shandong Institute signed an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract.

Smart Finance App News, China Power (02380.HK) announced that on December 5, 2025, Tianmen Clean Energy (an indirectly owned non-wholly owned subsidiary of the company) and Shandong Institute respectively entered into Engineering General Contract I and Engineering General Contract II. According to these general contracts, Shandong Institute will provide project survey, design, equipment procurement, construction installation, and other technical support services for the Yuekou Fuzi Mountain Project and the Ganjiazao City Project at a total cost of RMB 939 million (approximately equivalent to HKD 1.032 billion).
