The Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau issued a decision on taking regulatory measures to order Guantong Futures Co., Ltd. to make corrections. Upon investigation, the company was found to have the following violations in conducting asset management business: First, due diligence on counterparties was not in place, which failed to continuously monitor their credit status, violating Article 61, Paragraph 2 of the "Management Measures for Private Equity Asset Management Business of Securities and Futures Operating Institutions."
