Qu Guofeng has stepped down as the legal representative and chairman, and Li Zhongbing has taken over as the legal representative, while Zhang Guozhong has taken over as the chairman. At the same time, several senior executives have also undergone changes. The company was established in June 2015 with a registered capital of approximately 230 million RMB. Its business scope includes battery manufacturing, battery sales, manufacturing of automotive parts and accessories, motor vehicle repair and maintenance, general cargo warehousing services, and import and export of goods. Shareholder information shows that the company is wholly owned by Wuhu Ecotech Powertrain System Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Chery Automobile.
