Jiangsu Shentong Announcement: On December 2, 2025, Jinxi Heavy Industry increased its holdings of the company's shares by 4.0535 million shares through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system in bulk trading and/or collective bidding, accounting for 0.7987% of the company's total share capital. Jinxi Heavy Industry plans to further increase its holdings of the company's shares in the next 6 months, with a planned increase amount not less than RMB 100 million and not more than RMB 155 million, funded by Jinxi Heavy Industry's own funds or self-raised funds.
