Xi'an Yicai Announcement: The company has signed the "Yisiwei Wuhan Silicon Material Base Project Investment Cooperation Agreement" with Wuhan Optics Valley Semiconductor Industry Investment Co., Ltd., investing in the construction of the Wuhan Silicon Material Base Project, which will mainly produce polished silicon wafers and epitaxial wafers for 12-inch advanced integrated circuit processes. The total investment of the project is approximately 12.5 billion yuan, with 8.5 billion yuan in capital and the remaining 4 billion yuan to be resolved by the project company through bank loans and other means.
