Guangdong Mingzhu announced on December 2nd that, after the board of directors' deliberation, the company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 2 yuan for every 10 shares for the first three quarters before 2025. The total cash dividend is estimated to be around 130 million yuan, accounting for 55.48% of the net profit attributable to the shareholders of the listed company in the first three quarters before 2025.
