Blue Technology announced that Mr. Xie Zhiming, an independent director, passed away due to illness. Mr. Xie Zhiming faithfully and diligently fulfilled his duties and obligations as an independent director, chairman of the audit committee, and chairman of the remuneration and assessment committee during his tenure on the board of directors, providing professional opinions and advice on relevant decision-making matters. The company and the board of directors sincerely thank Mr. Xie Zhiming for his contributions during his tenure. Mr. Xie Zhiming did not hold any shares of the company.
