Xie Jie has resigned as the legal representative, and Huang Liping has taken over. At the same time, Huang Liping has been changed from general manager to manager. Qichacha information shows that the company was established in July 1998 with a registered capital of approximately 46.68 billion yuan. Its business scope includes construction, operation, development, and comprehensive utilization of subway and light rail transportation projects. The company is fully owned by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Shenzhen Municipal People's Government.
