The Ministry of Finance and the China Securities Regulatory Commission established the "Committee for the Review and Recommendation of Mainland Accounting Firms Engaged in Auditing H-Share Listed Companies". The director of the committee is held by the head of the accounting department of the Ministry of Finance, and the deputy director is held by the head of the accounting department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The members of the committee are composed of officials from the accounting department and the supervision and evaluation bureau of the Ministry of Finance, the accounting department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and relevant personnel from the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
