According to reports from Hong Kong media such as Sing Tao Daily on November 21, former Secretary-General of "Hong Kong Federation of Students," Joshua Wong, who is currently serving a sentence for "conspiring to subvert state power," is now also accused of conspiring with others including Agnes Chow to collude with foreign forces from July to November 2020. He was previously arrested in prison and was charged with "conspiring to collude with foreign or external forces to endanger national security." Joshua Wong appeared in West Kowloon Magistrates' Courts today, with Judge So Wai Tak acceding to the defense's request for the third pre-trial hearing on March 6 next year, to handle the procedures transferred to the High Court of Hong Kong. Joshua Wong did not apply for bail and will remain in custody pending further trial. According to previous reports by Hong Kong media, on November 19 last year, the High Court of Hong Kong sentenced 45 people who were charged with "conspiring to subvert state power." Among them, Joshua Wong was sentenced to 56 months in prison and is currently serving his sentence.
