Nuo Li Group announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller Ding Yi recently pledged 12 million shares to Zhongyuan Trust Co., Ltd., with a pledge period from November 20, 2025 to December 31, 2026, for financing to repay debt. Ding Yi holds 72.5677 million shares of the company, accounting for 28.17% of the total share capital. After this pledge, the total pledged shares amount to 25.2 million, accounting for 34.73% of his shareholding and 9.78% of the total share capital. Ding Yi, together with his concerted action person Ding Cheng and Mao Ying, collectively holds 91.5523 million shares, accounting for 35.54% of the total share capital. The total pledged shares amount to 30.1 million, accounting for 32.88% of the total shareholding and 11.68% of the total share capital.
