Uber partners with Starship to launch delivery robots in the UK, expanding to multiple countries in Europe next year.

According to the Securities Times APP, Uber (UBER.US) and Starship Technologies have announced a collaboration to utilize self-driving pedestrian sidewalk robots to solve the "last mile" delivery problem. The first batch of robots is expected to start operating in the UK in December this year, and will expand to multiple European countries next year.
