GUM: Hong Kong's Mandatory Provident Fund fell in November, with an average loss of HK$4042 per person in the first half of the month.
According to the Zhizhong Financial APP, the Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) advisory organization GUM stated that as of November 18, 2025, the Hong Kong MPF market experienced a correction in November, with overall performance turning from positive to negative. According to the GUM MPF comprehensive index, a return of -1.3% was recorded in November, with the index reported at 281.3. Despite short-term market fluctuations, the MPF has still accumulated a 14.7% increase since the beginning of this year, maintaining overall stable performance.
