Defendant One then claimed the patent application right/patent right as their own, constituting illegal infringement of the company's intellectual property rights. The company has filed a lawsuit with the Intermediate People's Court of Suzhou, Jiangsu Province on this matter, with the amount involved totaling 2.5 million RMB for economic losses and rights protection expenses.
