"pre-restructuring"? Current directors raised objections.

The court has accepted the case. China Fortune Land Development Co., Ltd. emphasized its "no objection to the pre-restructuring" in the announcement released by the board of directors. However, on November 19, Wang Wei, the current director of China Fortune Land Development Co., Ltd., publicly stated his objection, saying that he was completely unaware of the announcement and that it seriously violated the rules of the board of directors' meetings and the basic procedures of corporate governance as stipulated in the company's articles of association. Wang Wei stated that whether China Fortune Land Development Co., Ltd. has no objection to the pre-restructuring matters should be carefully studied and deliberated by the board of directors and submitted to the shareholders' meeting for voting. She has filed a complaint with the regulatory authorities on the above situation and reminded investors and the society to carefully judge the content and risks of the relevant announcement.
