Founder Securities: Chairman Bi Jinsong retires, Zhang Tao elected as new chairman

Shouchuang Securities announced that, due to retiring age, Bi Jinsong resigned from the positions of Chairman of the Second Board of Directors on November 19, 2025 and no longer holds any positions in the company. On the same day, the company held the nineteenth meeting of the Second Board of Directors and passed the election of the chairman proposal, with Zhang Tao elected as the Chairman of the Second Board of Directors, serving until the end of the current term of the Board of Directors, also serving as the legal representative of the company. Both Bi Jinsong and Zhang Tao do not hold any shares in the company.
