ST Diwixun: Elect Hong as Chairman of the Sixth Board of Directors

ST Diwei Xun announced that the company held the third interim shareholders' meeting of 2025 on November 18, 2025, and elected the non-employee representative directors of the sixth board of directors. The first meeting of the sixth board of directors approved the election of the chairman of the board and members of the special committees. The sixth board of directors is chaired by Ms. Ji Hong, with non-independent directors including Ms. Ji Hong, Mr. Cai Peihui, Mr. Li Mingcan, and independent directors Mr. Zhou Tai and Mr. Zhu Fengrui. The members of the strategic committee include Cai Peihui, Ji Hong, and Li Mingcan; the members of the audit committee include Zhou Tai, Zhu Fengrui, and Li Mingcan; the members of the nomination committee include Zhu Fengrui, Zhou Tai, and Cai Peihui; and the members of the compensation and assessment committee include Zhou Tai, Zhu Fengrui, and Ji Hong.
