According to the Securities Times APP, on November 18, Chui Sai On, the Chief Executive of the Macau Special Administrative Region, delivered the Macau SAR Government's 2026 Fiscal Year Policy Address. Chui Sai On mentioned that in the first three quarters of 2025, Macau's GDP reached 301.33 billion Macau patacas, an actual growth of 4.2% compared to the previous year. The number of inbound tourists reached 29.67 million, with international tourists reaching 1.89 million, representing an increase of 14.5% and 12.4% respectively. The overall unemployment rate in July to September was 1.8% and the local resident unemployment rate was 2.4%, both remaining low. As of the end of September 2025, the capital amount of Macau SAR's fiscal reserves was 658 billion Macau patacas, with basic reserves and excess reserves of 167.3 billion Macau patacas and 490.7 billion Macau patacas respectively.
