Zhejiang issues guidelines to promote rural operations tailored to local conditions

Recently, the Zhejiang Provincial Agricultural Office and the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Deepening the Implementation of the 'Ten Million Project' for Rural Operations in the New Era in a Suitable Manner for Local Conditions". Focusing on who will operate, what will be operated, and how to operate, they have introduced the "Zhejiang Ten Measures" for rural operations, providing strong support for narrowing the "three major gaps" and promoting common prosperity. The "Opinions" stipulate that by 2027, the province will cultivate 100 leading rural operation entities, 1000 rural CEOs, and 10,000 rural operation talents. They will take the lead in implementing overall operations in key village clusters and areas, significantly increasing the collective operating income of villages engaged in operations, and basically forming a rural operation system characterized by "business format integration, diversified empowerment, value transformation, and interest linkage".
