Kuaiyi Elevator announced that on November 5, 2025, the company signed an agreement with Shenzhen Investment Control Donghai Investment and other parties to jointly establish the Shenzhen Donghai Kuaiyi New Wisdom Industrial M&A Investment Fund Limited Partnership. Recently, the partnership completed business registration and obtained a business license, with a total investment of 500 million yuan. It was established on November 14, with Shenzhen Investment Control Donghai Investment as the executing partner. However, the industrial fund still needs to be approved by the China Securities Investment Fund Association, and there are uncertainties in the implementation process, as well as risks such as investment returns not meeting expectations.
