According to Jiadu Technology, on November 14, Jiadu Technology Group's wholly-owned subsidiary Guangzhou Jiadu Zhitong Technology Co., Ltd. officially signed a cooperation agreement with Siemens Transportation Technology Co., Ltd. and Industrial Control International Holdings Co., Ltd. to jointly establish a rail transit signal system joint venture, marking a key step from strategic blueprint to project entity in the cooperation of the three parties in the field of smart rail transit. It is reported that the joint venture company will be located in Huangpu, serving as an important platform for the collaboration of the three parties.
