Fuhuang Steel Structure: Received a 6 million yuan administrative penalty for illegal and irregular disclosure of information.

Fuhuang Steel Structure announced that the company and related personnel received an "Administrative Penalty Decision" issued by the Anhui Regulatory Bureau on November 14, 2025. It was found that Fuhuang Steel Structure planned to acquire the equity of Zhongke Vision in their disclosed "Report", in which Zhongke Vision had falsely inflated its 2024 operating income by 25.1874 million yuan and its total profit by 8.9803 million yuan. There were significant omissions in related party transactions and false recordings of the target's equity holding situation. The Anhui Regulatory Bureau decided to warn Zhongke Vision and Fuhuang Steel Structure, and imposed fines of 3 million yuan and 6 million yuan respectively; Yang Junbin and other relevant persons were also warned and fined. The company stated that this does not trigger the conditions for significant violations requiring forced delisting, and that its production and operation are currently normal.
