The inquiry involves four aspects: first, there have been 252 new lawsuits with a total amount of 49,765.27 million yuan since the beginning of 2025, accounting for 177.73% of the net assets at the end of the third quarter. It is necessary to verify the situation of recording liabilities; second, the 2024 annual report was non-standard, if the non-standard items in 2025 are not eliminated, the stock will be delisted, and the impact needs to be evaluated; third, some subsidiaries have fund occupation and illegal guarantees, and it is necessary to supplement the operating and financial data of the subsidiaries and conduct self-inspection on relevant situations; fourth, as of the end of the third quarter, the monetary funds were 72.38 million yuan, which was insufficient to repay 190 million yuan of raised funds, and it is necessary to investigate the reasons for the freeze, explain the reasons for non-repayment, and make arrangements.
