Tongde Chemical announced that its controlling shareholder, actual controller, and director Zhang Yunsheng pledged 12 million shares on November 13, accounting for 14.99% of the shares held, and 2.99% of the total share capital of the company. The pledgee is Inner Mongolia Shengli Minbao Co., Ltd., and the purpose of the pledge is to finance the repayment of debts. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Zhang Yunsheng has pledged a total of 61.01 million shares, accounting for 76.21% of the shares held, and 15.19% of the total share capital of the company. The pledged shares that will mature in the next six months and one year correspond to financing balances of 20 million yuan and 40 million yuan, respectively. Currently, there are no risks of forced liquidation or changes in actual control rights.
