China Fortune Financial News APP News, Qilu Expressway (01576.HK) announced that Mr. Liu Qiang resigned as Chairman and Supervisor of the Board of Supervisors due to job adjustment, and no longer serves as Deputy Secretary of the Company's Party Committee, Chairman of the Labor Union, and Director of its wholly-owned subsidiary Qilu Expressway (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., all effective from November 14, 2025.
