Recently, Tianjin Binhai International Airport officially implemented a policy of exempting transit passengers from border inspection procedures for 24 hours. This policy is another important measure for Tianjin to promote high-level opening to the outside world and serve high-quality development, which will effectively enhance the international competitiveness of Tianjin Airport, and help Tianjin accelerate the construction of a regional aviation hub. The policy specifies that transit passengers arriving in Tianjin from other countries on international flights, staying at the airport for no more than 24 hours and not leaving the designated area of the port, can transfer directly to international flights to a third country without needing to go through visa and border inspection procedures, achieving "seamless transfer."
