Shanghai's import and export in the first 10 months increased by 5.2% year-on-year, achieving double growth in imports and exports for seven consecutive months.

According to statistics from Shanghai Customs, in the first 10 months of this year, Shanghai achieved a total import and export value of 3.71 trillion yuan, an increase of 5.2% year-on-year, which is 1.6 percentage points higher than the national average. Among them, exports amounted to 1.64 trillion yuan, an increase of 10.5%, while imports amounted to 2.07 trillion yuan, an increase of 1.3%. It is reported that since April of this year, Shanghai has achieved continuous growth in both imports and exports for 7 consecutive months.
